CSC Mechanical Test for Special Containers

Large gantry hydraulic loading equipment is used to apply standardized concentrated pressure loads to the container main frame in accordance with the requirements of the International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC).
The hydraulic cylinder exerts controllable pressure on the container side wall and corner assembly to simulate various stress conditions encountered during ocean transportation, stacking, hoisting and road transit: including vertical stacking compression force, lifting tension, horizontal racking distortion load, and overall structural anti-deformation performance test.
The whole test strictly complies with ISO international standards and CSC certification specifications.
